Over the last few weeks you should have received notifications about the upcoming Modern Authentication changes. This notification is to remind you that you are scheduled to receive this change starting on Monday, March 8th, 2021 at 8:00am.
What is changing?
We will be enforcing the use of a connection method called Modern Authentication which will provide a more secure connection to your Ivey e-mail.
How this will affect you?
If you have email forwarding set up to a personal address from your Ivey account, these changes will not affect you. If you have your Ivey email configured directly in an app on your phone, tablet, or computer, you may be affected. What can I do if I’m affected?
In advance of this change, you can upgrade to the most secure supported email application. If you need assistance with this, please contact your local IT support person, or the Ivey IT Centre (https://support.ivey.ca/hc/en-us)
