For some meetings, the Host may require all attendants and co-hosts to sign in using their Ivey zoom account - especially for the use of breakout rooms.
To change your account to an Ivey account;
1. If you are in Zoom, Sign out and then open the Zoom app on your computer
2. Click your initials in the top right hand corner
3. Ensure that your account is your Ivey email. If it isn't, click "Sign Out" (Do not click switch account)
4. Click "Sign in with SSO"
5. Enter "ivey-uwo" in the Company Domain field and click Continue.
6. Enter in your Ivey email and password and click Sign in.
To change your account to a Western account;
1. Open the Zoom app on your computer
2. Click your initials in the top right hand corner
3. Ensure that your account is your Western UWO email. If it isn't, click "Sign Out." (Do not click Switch Account)
4. Click "Sign in with SSO"
5. Enter "westernuniversity" in the Company Domain field and click Continue.
6. Enter the first part of your UWO email (jdoe6, not jdoe6@uwo.ca) and password and click Sign in
