If you find that you did not receive an email to your Ivey mailbox that you were expecting, you can check the Ivey SpamTrap to see if it was blocked:
1. Open a browser and go to: go.ivey.ca/spamtrap
2. Login to the site using your Ivey email address and password
3. Blocked messages from the past 30 days will appear
4. To release them just check the box next to the message and click on 'Release message'. This will release it to your Ivey inbox.
