Through Office 365, you have access to a terabyte of personal storage online called OneDrive. Your OneDrive can be accessed on desktop, on your mobile device, and online through an internet browser.
Online
To access your OneDrive online, log in to myoffice.ivey.ca. Under "Apps," open OneDrive. You can also find OneDrive or any other Microsoft apps in the Apps launcher.
From MyOffice online, you can view and edit files in your OneDrive. Visit the support site pages on Editing Files and Creating and Uploading Files and Folders for more information on using OneDrive online.
On Desktop
To sync OneDrive with your computer, visit Microsoft's Set Up Sync guides.
On Mobile Device
To access OneDrive on a phone or tablet, use the OneDrive mobile app.
- Search for and download the app "Microsoft OneDrive" from the Google Play Store or the iOS App Store
- Upon opening, the app will ask you to enter your email.
- You will be redirected to the Ivey login page. Enter your password and sign in
Once signed in, you will be able to see all the files you have stored in your OneDrive.
The OneDrive app for mobile does not have all the same functionality as OneDrive online. Although you can preview many file types in the OneDrive app, you will have to download the appropriate Microsoft app to edit files. You can also share, move, delete, and rename files in the mobile app.
Visit Microsoft's support site for more information on using the OneDrive Android app or the OneDrive iOS app.
