What is MyOffice?
MyOffice is an email and online experience through Microsoft’s Office 365 which includes an Ivey mailbox as well as access to Microsoft Office applications.
MyOffice has many benefits for students:
- A 50GB Ivey mailbox, allowing you to send email from your @ivey.ca address;
- Access to the latest Microsoft Office suite for free, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote on up to 10 devices;
- 1TB of online storage through Microsoft OneDrive; and,
- Access to Skype for Business, allowing you to host virtual meetings and collaborate with other Ivey students in real-time.
Ivey alumni also have access to a MyOffice mailbox and calendar for their lifelong Ivey email.
What is my Ivey email address?
Typically, unless there are people from your class with nearly identical names, the address will take the following format: (FirstInitialLastName.DegreeYear@ivey.ca). Using this format, John Doe, MBA 2018, would be: jdoe.mba2018@ivey.ca.
Your Ivey email address is the same email used to log in to Learn.
Will I still have access to my UWO email, applications, and OneDrive?
Yes. You will have two Office 365 accounts and emails: one for Western and one for Ivey.
How do I access my Ivey mailbox?
Log in to MyOffice at myoffice.ivey.ca using your Ivey email address and password. This will be the same email and password as you use for Learn. Once you’re logged in, click on "Outlook."
If it’s your first time logging in to MyOffice, you may be prompted to set up your time zone and preferences.
