Spencer Leadership Centre is Ivey's Hotel and Conference Centre. At Spencer, Classroom Technology Services supports 8 classroom spaces, breakout rooms, the FCC Boardroom, and the dining hall. Those include:
In the North Wing:
Cherry Room
A flat flexible room with a Epson Projector, HDMI, VGA, DVD Player, and Air Media inputs. Ceiling speakers for sound. A wall mounted push-button touch panel controls the room functionality including volume control.
Amp A
A large 100-seat horse-shoe style tiered classroom that has a large projection screen, Epson projector, easy to use touch panel to control lights and input sources. One lapel microphone is present along with ceiling speakers for sound. HDMI, VGA, Air Media, a DVD Player, and a Document Camera can be used as inputs to the projector. All functionality can be controlled from the Crestron control panel at the Lectern.
Amp B
A medium sized horse-shoe style tiered classroom that has a large projection screen, Epson projector, easy to use touch panel to control lights and input sources. One lapel microphone is present along with ceiling speakers for sound. HDMI, VGA, Air Media, a DVD Player, and a Document Camera can be used as inputs to the projector. All functionality can be controlled from the Crestron control panel at the Lectern, or via an Apple iPad with an easy to use interface. In the South Wing:
Juniper Room

Oak, Elm, and Maple Leaf Rooms
Oak, Elm, and Maple Leaf are horse-shoe style tiered classrooms that have large projection screens, Epson projectors and easy to use touch panel to control lights and input sources. One lapel microphone is present along with ceiling speakers for sound. HDMI, VGA, Air Media, a DVD Player, and a Document Camera can be used as inputs to the projector. All functionality can be controlled from the Crestron control panel at the Lectern.
The Spencer Dining Room
The Spencer Dining room includes a large projection screen, Epson projector, several hand-held microphones, and inputs for HDMI and VGA, located on the wall adjacent to the projection screen. Sound can be played back via these inputs to the entire space via ceiling speakers. Images from a laptop can be projected to the screen using the HDMI or VGA inputs.
Breakout Rooms
Spencer has many breakout rooms that can be used for small group projects, discussions, and as huddle spaces. The breakout rooms include large flat panel displays with cables for HDMI and VGA input.
FCC Boardroom
The FCC Boardroom is a large Executive Boardroom that seats up to 20. There is a Casio laser projector, large projection screen, ceiling speakers for sound, and a wall-mounted touch panel with volume control and input selection buttons. HDMI, VGA, and Air Media can be used as inputs to the projector.
