If you have not requested an Ivey Zoom Pro account, please contact the Ivey IT Helpdesk.
- Go to the Ivey Zoom website: https://ivey-uwo.zoom.us
- Click "Sign in"
- Click "My Meetings" then "Schedule a New Meeting:
- Complete the fields to create your meeting. To learn about all the various options and features, click here.
- Click "Save" to create your Meeting
- Now you can invite your meeting participants. Click Copy the Invitation, Select all, copy and paste the invite into a new e-mail or meeting invite.
- When you're ready to start your meeting, click "Start this Meeting". The Zoom App will launch or prompt you to install the App.
