This will be done in Stitch labs.
Exchanges should also only be given if the item is in new, unworn/unused condition.
The system will not accept exchanges. You must do a return and a new sale.
1. If the item was sold on the system, look up the transaction number from the receipt. (From left hand dropdown select ‘Orders’ and scroll down.)
2. Tap the order being returned and follow prompts to complete return (refund).
3. Enter replacement item as a new sale. Make sure payment method is the same as the return (ie Visa) so that the refund and sale cancel each other out on the POS (ipad). As long as the amount were the same, there is no need for a transaction on the debit machine.
